Christmas Eve was spent with friends and Christmas Night was spent with friends.\u00a0 There was lots of good food, laughter and love all around.\u00a0<\/p>\n
There was that one moment when I realized that for the first time in 5 years, I would be waking up alone on Christmas Morning.\u00a0 But I pushed it out of my mind, because I wouldn’t want to be in bed with someone who didn’t want to be with me.\u00a0 Also, there are many of my friends who have been waking up alone for 5 Christmases or more and they are surviving.<\/p>\n
So now I’m going to redouble my efforts to just not focus on the past – but focus on what I have.\u00a0\u00a0 And what I have is a darn good life.\u00a0 The rest will come, when it’s ready and I’m ready.\u00a0 But for now – it’s all good.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
